Dear Instafloss Backers,
As we continue working hard to bring you the best floss possible, we’re so thankful for all your support. Our vision to bring better dental health to the world wouldn’t be possible without the thousands of you who’ve helped back us. With that in mind, we’re glad to announce that manufacturing is going according to (and in some cases, faster than) the timeline detailed in our previous update. Again, here’s the timeline for the molds:
Here’s the specifics:
- Regulations analysis is actually a week ahead of schedule.
- Electronics testing revealed an issue with the production board, but we were able to apply a spot fix that has proven to be successful. The changes made are minor enough that the fixtures design will not be delayed and is proceeding according to plan
- Lastly, we’ve received the first report from our molds manufacturer and they, too, are on track to meet our July delivery date.
We’ll be updating you again in December when many of these initial tasks are fully completed and mold manufacturing underway. Once again, thank you for your patience as we deliver the best possible product. We know you’ll be impressed once Instafloss is in your hands!
