Return Policy:

At Instafloss, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as expected. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee and offer refunds for purchases made through our website. The return window for purchases made through our website is 30 days from shipment.

However, mouthpieces cannot be returned/refunded.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at smile@instafloss.com. Our team will provide detailed instructions on the return process. Please note that any items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

If a unit is refused delivery because of customer refusal to pay relevant VAT/import duty/tariffs etc., then the unit will not qualify for a refund. 

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, take a moment to inspect it. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at smile@instafloss.com. Our commitment is to address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges:

Should you wish to exchange your product, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once we accept the return, you can place a new order for the desired item. This method guarantees that you receive the item you want without delays.

Refunds:

Once we receive and assess your return, we'll inform you of the approval status. To be approved, units must be returned in original resellable condition, with all original packaging and manuals. Refunds received without the original packaging, etc., will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It's worth noting that processing times might vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

If your refund is approved, please note that certain costs will be deducted:

  • The original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
  • The cost of all mouthpieces (included and extra) will not be included in the refund.

For international orders, any refusal to pay VAT, import fees, or any government dues will result in non-refundable status.

Shipping Costs:

Customers will bear the return shipping cost and should also provide the shipping label. 

We will cover the shipping charges of sending any parts or a replacement unit, however note that import VAT charges on the incoming replacements are the customer’s responsibility, if applicable.

Warranty Policy:

We stand by the quality of our product. Instafloss comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This covers materials, workmanship, and, for domestic orders, shipping. In the event of obvious misuse, non-authorized modification, or malicious acts of the Tooth Fairy, please understand that warranty claims may be declined.

Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser. We will either repair or replace the unit at our option. In the event of a repair, we may elect to send the parts directly to you for user servicing of the device. This aligns with our commitment to reduce waste and lower our carbon footprint.

If a replacement unit is sent, there is no warranty on the replacement unit. However, if there are innate defects within 14 days of receiving the replacement unit, we will replace it in accordance with the rest of our warranty and return policy.
